Here are the latest squares I've made for my blanket. All are from the book 200 Crochet Blocks for Blankets, Throws and Afghans: Crochet Squares to Mix-and-Match by Jan Eaton. This first one is my favourite out of the four and it is called Trio. I think the colours work well in the design and it was nice and quick to crochet.
The next one is called In the Pink although I choice brown and cream yarns. I feel this may have to be tried again with different yarn unless with some pressing and stretching it actually does turn into a square!
The third square I made is called Textured Stripes and I am also really pleased with this design. Again I like the colours, particularly the mottled cream but I also like the subtle texture.
Finally I made Into the Blue. I really like working in the round however I am not quite convinced about my colour choices for this square. What do you think?
